02 — Creative process
I took the lead on the project — I interviewed current students about why they liked to work for Manitoba Hydro, took their photos, and worked with a designer to generate social media graphics.
I then designed a paid and organic social media campaign targeting students.

The ads received high engagement, nearly 4,500 link clicks, and we saw a significant increase in summer student applications from the previous year.
